Sumbawa, Indonesia Herald - The Music Arts Study Programme at Sumbawa University of Technology conducts community service through music classes open to the public, such as vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and drums for all ages with the theme "Dare to Dream, Dare to Make Music".
"This activity is an ongoing agenda of the study programme to explore the hidden talents of Sumbawa's young people, so that these talents are channelled so that they are beneficial for the development of creativity, self-confidence, motoric, and cognitive," explained Rivaldi Ihsan, Head of the Music Arts Study Programme (19/11).
The class is held once a meeting on Sundays in a month four times a meeting, starting from 09.00 WITA to 12.00 WITA, located at the Studio of Music Study Programme, Global Village.
Through this community service activity, the Music Arts study programme at Sumbawa University of Technology can contribute to finding the potential of children's interests and talents in music, especially children in Early Childhood Education, Elementary School, and it does not rule out the possibility of adolescents and adults. So that we also know what needs to be prepared when we dream of finding musical interests and talents in each of us.
Of course, if musical interests and talents have been found, these young people can join studying at the Music Arts Study Programme at Sumbawa University of Technology.
